Trip Baker
Walter W. (Trip) Baker, III was born in High Point, North Carolina. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. He earned the degree of Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Upon graduating, Mr. Baker went into private practice in High Point at Baker Law Offices, PLLC, where he worked with his father, the late Walter W. Baker, Jr. During this time, Mr. Baker gained experience handling complex bodily injury, wrongful death, and premises liability claims. Mr. Baker presently handles a variety of civil litigation matters, including negligence and wrongful death, workers compensation, business disputes and other civil matters. He also represents clients charged with crimes and/or traffic offenses.
Mr. Baker is admitted to practice in all state courts in North Carolina, as well as the federal court in the Middle District of North Carolina. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, High Point Bar Association, Guilford Inn of Court, American Bar Association, North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American Association of Justice.
